The decisions I help you make
A growth problem rarely belongs to one department. An acquisition campaign can expose a weak offer; a product roadmap can hide uncertainty about the customer; expansion can multiply a sales process that has not yet been proven. My advisory work examines those connections before recommending the next investment.
My focus is go-to-market, growth and product strategy in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including technology, SaaS and education businesses. The starting point is a decision: who to serve, what to validate, how to position an offer, or which constraint to address first.
How I work
We begin by agreeing the business question and reviewing the available evidence: customer conversations, funnel data, sales feedback and product usage. I separate observations from assumptions, identify the decisions that cannot wait, and develop a practical sequence of tests or actions.
The resulting work may include a segment and positioning recommendation, a market-validation plan, a growth diagnostic or a prioritized product roadmap. The scope and ownership are agreed for each engagement; advisory work does not automatically include campaign management or software delivery.
Advisory and execution
My personal practice concentrates on strategic decisions and leadership alignment. DEMA provides team-based implementation across performance marketing, conversion journeys and commercial systems. If an engagement involves both, the proposal should identify who advises, who implements and who approves spending.
